Legal representation

The label of the cosmetic product placed on the EU market must mention "[...] the name or style and the address or registered office of the person responsible for marketing the cosmetic product who is established within the Community” (Article 6 (1) (a) of the EU Cosmetics Directive).

BIORIUS legal representation service appoints BIORIUS as the legal representative for placing cosmetic products in the EU. The exporting company will be authorized to print BIORIUS address on the labels; BIORIUS will keep the product information files and act as the responsible person in case of inspection.
